Sluggers Training Center Policies and Procedures

Membership Policies:

  • No loitering in lobby or in front of building
  • No loitering in hitting tunnels once ½ hour session is complete
  • No unsupervised or loud children in the lobby area
  • No running or horseplay in the hitting/training area
  • No physical abuse or verbal intimidation of another member
  • No inappropriate conduct that is contrary to normally accepted behavior
  • No physical damage to the facility or the theft of club or other member items
  • No tobacco, alcohol, or illegal use of drugs or other substances at any time
  • No action considered to be an offense of local law or ordinances
  • No use of a membership card by anyone other than the intended member

Tunnel Safety Policies:

  • Maximum of one hitter in tunnel at anytime
  • Tunnel doors must be kept closed at all times
  • Only one member and one operator allowed in tunnel when machine is in use
  • No swinging of bats outside of cage
  • Operator must be positioned behind safety screen when machine is on
  • Members must PICK UP BALLS WHEN FINISHED
  • Machines to be loaded by members (12 years or older)
  • Treat all equipment and netting with respect
  • Leave tunnels in a better condition that you found them
  • No chewing gum, seeds, drinks, food or spitting in hitting tunnels
