Boys 13-14 9am-11:30am Wednesdays
Boys 11-12 9am-11:30am Fridays
Boys 10 & under 9am-11:30am
A new fundamental will be taught each week!! Boys will go through SPARQ training Ply metrics Hitting and Fielding Each workout will be 1 hour and 45 minutes.
And 45 minutes of DODGEBALL!!!!!!!!!
